Organizing Large Models in PowerDesigner

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to structure an Enterprise LDM in PowerDesigner. 
It will have multiple subject areas that will link to one another, but we want a simple way to see the entities relevant to a specific subject area, thus we do not want to just create multiple diagrams in one model for each Subject Area.
