SVG image not displaying

I am using PowerDesigner 16.5.0.3982. I have created a html report using the new report editor with the option Image Format = SVG.

The image does not display in IE11. In Firefox it shows with missing elements.

If I use the PNG format, all the elements are not clickable.

The old report generator works fine with SVG. But I want to use the ne report editor as it gives me other functionality that I need.

Has anyone encountered this issue?
